International Foam Packaging can test larger applications in our environmental test chamber. The larger chamber allows our technicians to re-create all types of shipping environments or environments in which larger application may be subject.

All storage and environmental testing is performed to strict standards in our state of the art temperature controlled test
chamber.

 IFP develops and executes test programs geared to the individual client’s needs in order to provide them the most accurate data possible. Our test units can simulate extreme temperature conditions in excess of 115° F or -30° F.
 

Various humidity conditions can be simulated as well. All data is provided to the end user in an easy to read
report format with certified logged intervals to document the conditions experienced.

Tests performed normally include recording hundreds of temperature data points at various intervals during testing.
 

International Foam Packaging can also provide packaged product test data to our clients in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, or Food markets that require thermal controlled transport for their temperature sensitive shipping applications.

Various heat sinks (gel packs) can be integrated into the test chamber to test thermal longevity for shipping sensitive products like Medical grade Insulin or other products requiring temperature ranges for transit times of 24 to 48 hours.
